How to make a resume with this builder

  1. Add your contact details and the job title you are applying for.
  2. Write a short profile of 2–3 sentences. Mention your years of experience and your strongest result.
  3. List your experience, newest first. Put one achievement per line; each line becomes a bullet point.
  4. Add education, skills and languages.
  5. Pick a template (Classic or Modern) and click Download PDF. In the print window, choose “Save as PDF”.

Tips for a stronger resume

  • Use numbers. “Increased sales 25%” is stronger than “responsible for sales”.
  • Start bullets with an action verb: led, built, reduced, launched, managed.
  • Keep it to one page if you have under 10 years of experience.
  • Match the job ad. Reuse the important skills and keywords from the listing so applicant tracking systems (ATS) can find them.
  • Leave out photos, date of birth and marital status unless the employer or country expects them.

Frequently asked questions

Is this resume builder free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no paid download.

Is my information stored anywhere?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Your details are not sent to our server and disappear when you close the page, so download your PDF before leaving.

Is the PDF ATS-friendly?

Yes. The resume uses real text (not an image) in a simple single-column layout, which applicant tracking systems can read. You can also use Copy text to paste a plain version into online application forms.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. On a phone the preview appears below the form. Saving as PDF works from the share or print menu on most mobile browsers.
